Seasame sweet balls

Hi friends,

Today I am sharing authentic traditional indian sweet item.

Black seasame -100gms

Ghee -4 teaspoon

Jaggery (palm jaggery )-50gms

Preparation

Take iron iron vessel and switch on the stove make it little hot. Add the black seasame seeds to the vessel and dry roat till your pop up sounds. That’s it cool the seeds .

Take another tawa and add the whole jaggery and 10 ml water to it and make it good syrup .Take syrup filter it to remove any stone or sand .( Because it a handmade natural jaggery from palm trees ) This jaggery good for healthcare. It’s cause any problem to diabetic’s.

Mix the dry roasted black seasame seeds to the jaggery syrup and the ghee to to make small sweet balls.

Now our delicious seasame sweet balls are ready to eat .This sweet balls can be preserved for a month in air tight container.

This seasame sweet are very good to maintain mentrual cycle .It is a feel good sweet for your stomach. This is good to maintain the blood hemoglobin rate .
