Today we are going to see the religional fish curry in the kanyakumari district. Specialization of Nanjil fish curry. Let’s begin

Incredients
Chala Fish – ( medium sized 10 fish)
Drumsticks – 1 ( linear chop)
Raw Mango – 1 (medium sized)
Coconut – 1/2 (medium sized)
Green chilli -3
Corinder powder -1 tablespoon
Red chilli -5
Salt – as needed
Tamarind paste – 2tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
Make sure you Clean the fishes thrice before start cooking.
We need to prepare the coconut paste first. You can use mixer for I am using the traditional ammi to grind all.
Take the 1/2 coconut , corinder, tumeric powder, red chilli and grind it to a fine paste . Take the tawa place it stove put the grinded coconut paste to it and add some water as to the curry or gravy. Add the tamarind paste to it add salt to taste.Make sure the curry cooked for 2 minutes add the fish to the curry and cook for 15 minutes. Springle the curry leaves on the cooking curry on top .and close it the warm and switch off the stove.Make sure the fishes are cooked completely. In the regional cookings we use clay tawa traditionally . This gives your fish curry a good aroma.
